At Mobio, we aim to make returns and warranties straightforward and fair. Our policies are designed to create the best experience for you, so you can shop with confidence.


Our Warranties

1. Parts

  • Lifetime Warranty for all parts.

Screens

  • Warranty covered faults include non-responsive touch screens, display issues, and non-functional screens.
  • OLED Breakage Cover If the OLED panel under the glass is cracked (without other signs of damage), the screen is still warrantied.

Note: Significant damage like a bent frame, cracked glass, or damaged flex cables will void the warranty.

iPhone Housings

  • Unless stated otherwise, iPhone housings should include essential parts like charging ports, loudspeakers, and power/volume button flexes. If these parts are missing or faulty, they can be returned under warranty.
  • Cosmetic wear is fine, but significant damage such as bends or cracks will invalidate the warranty.

Refurb Consumables

  • Extended Warranty: We cover refurb consumables that may show faults after fitting, even if they are damaged during installation.

2. Accessories

  • 3mk Box Accessories: 24 months
  • 3mk Film Screen Protectors: 12 months
  • All Other Accessories: 12 months

Note: Typical wear and tear, such as discoloration of phone cases, cracked screen protectors, scratches around USB sockets on plugs, or similar examples are not covered under warranty.


Returning An Item

When returning faulty items, please contact us via web chat, whatsapp, or email ([email protected]) informing us of the faulty part.

Once confirmed, we will issue you with a return reference.

Next, use the link below to book your return with Royal Mail. Alongside creating a return label you will also be able to arrange a collection. Ensure you enter the correct details when creating your return to ensure a speedy process.

We aim for returns to be processed within 48 hours of arriving at our warehouse.

We offer two free returns per customer, per month.

Note: If for any reason your return cannot take place with Royal Mail please discuss this with our team and they will provide an alternative option.


30-Day Price Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your item or if it’s faulty, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund.

Note: Items damaged by the customer cannot be returned under this guarantee.

Note: Items not covered by our 30-day price guarantee will be valued at the current price. If you opt for a refund or credit instead of a replacement, you will be given the current value of the item.
