Orders placed by 5:30 PM (DX cut-off) Monday to Friday, or by 3:30 PM (DPD Sat cut-off) on Saturday, will be dispatched the same day. Each courier has different cut-off times, which are detailed in the table below.
Orders placed after the last cut-off will ship the next working day. On Saturdays, any late orders will be dispatched the following Monday. If your preferred courier has already collected but the final shipping cut-off has not passed, we’ll automatically switch to a different courier to ensure same-day dispatch.
Please note, available shipping options may vary depending on your basket contents. For example, Royal Mail services are not available for orders with batteries, and RM’s cheaper services are not available for larger packages.
If your order total is over £100 (including VAT), you’ll have access to free shipping options, plus discounts on premium shipping services. For orders under £100, please refer to the table below for detailed shipping costs.
If you place multiple orders in a single day and the courier hasn’t yet collected the first one, we can consolidate the additional orders at no extra cost. Just select "Add To Order" as your shipping option for the later orders.
